摘要
目的:分析评估2014—2015年期间西藏乡镇卫生院人员培训的效果,以便改进未来的培训方式、方法和内容,从而提高乡镇卫生院人员的培训效果。方法:自制问卷,开展现场问卷调查和访谈,利用Epi Data 3.1和SPSS 13.0对现场收集数据进行分析。结果:本轮培训对西藏乡镇卫生院学员个人的知识与技能、态度与行为,以及乡镇卫生院的综合能力提升产生了积极作用。结论:为加强西藏乡镇一级卫生服务的能力,需要持续开展符合需求、理论结合实际、期限适宜的培训。
Objective: To analyze the effectiveness of the township clinic staff training conducted between 2014 and 2015 so that improvements can be made in terms of training forms, methods and contents to improve the effeetiveness of the township clinic staff training in the future. Methods: Self-developed questionnaire was used for field survey and interviews. Data collected from the field were entered into EpiData 3.1 and statistical reports were produced using SPSS 13.0 for analysis. Results: The township clinic staff training conducted in this period was proven to be effective in terms of the obtaining knowledge and skills, changing attitudes and behaviour by the individual trainees, and contributing to overall capacity improvement of the township clinics. Conclusion: in order to strengthen the service capacity of the Tibet township clinics, ongoing training with consideration of demand, theory combined with practice and appropriate length were needed.
