摘要
通过定量数据和定性资料分析,梳理了各地实施绩效工资的典型案例,展现了基层医务人员实施绩效工资后的工资改善情况,剖析了当前基层医疗卫生机构实施绩效工资的主要问题,并提出了相关政策建议。
Through analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, it summarized the typical cases of the implementing merit pay in different places, showed primary heahhcare workers＇ wages after the implementation of merit pay, analyzed the main problems of im- plementing merit pay in primary medical health institutions and proposed related policy suggestions.
