供给侧改革视角下的医院财务精细化管理的思考

Discussion on the Delicacy Management of Hospital Finance under the Perspective of Supply-side Structural Reform

我国医疗卫生事业的发展需要大量的资金保障,但国家投入增长有限。如何在医疗卫生领域进行供给侧改革,实现医疗资源的科学配置、提高医疗资源有效供给,是当下医院财务管理的重要课题。文章从供给侧改革的角度,分析了医院财务精细化管理的意义,阐明了医院财务精细化管理的必要性,并针对性地提出了实现医院财务精细化管理的几点思路。

The development of health industry in China needed a great amount of fund guarantee, but the national input growth was limited. How to conduct supply-side structural reform in health field, realizing the scientific allocation of medical resourees and improving the effective supply of medical resources were the important task tot the current hospital financial management. From the perspective of side-supply structural reform, it analyzed the significance of hospital financial delicacy management, clarified the nee- essary of hospital financial delicacy management and pointedly proposed several thought tor realizing hospital financial delicacy man- agement.
