盛宣怀与清末中英商约谈判——以内河行轮交涉为中心

Sheng Xuan- huai and Sino- British Commercial Treaty Negotiation in the Late Qing Dynasty——Foreign Ships in Chinese Rivers as the Focus

1902年的中英商约谈判是清末内政外交的一件大事。作为此次商约谈判的中方代表之一,盛宣怀在内河外轮行驶权交涉中,为维护中国的权益,尽其所能,据理力争,在一定程度上抗衡了外国列强对中国内河航运权的侵夺,挽回了一部分民族利权。

In 1902 the Sino- British commercial treaty negotiation was a big event in the domestic and foreign affairs of the Qin dynasty. Sheng Xuan- huai,as one of the Chinese negotiators,tried his best to safeguard the rights and interests of China in the negotiation of foreign ships in Chinese rivers,in the result that foreign powers were limited in the shipping of Chinese rivers and some of Chinese rights were restored.
