The Working Style Construction of the Communist Party of China before and after the Establishment of the Anti Japanese National United Front

抗日民族统一战线建立前后,由于共产国际控制力的弱化、国民党对中共合法地位的认可以及中共自身政治上的成熟,中共党风建设面临新的机遇。然而,在此前后,因国民党顽固派要求中共收起共产主义,加上在中共党员队伍迅速发展的同时还存在党的制度建设明显滞后、党的肌体还不健全等原因,党的作风建设又面临新的挑战。为此,中共中央从思想作风、领导作风、学风、工作作风和生活作风等方面采取了一些相应措施,并取得了显著成效。

The working style construction faced a new opportunity because of a weak control of the Communist International,the Kuomintang ＇s recognition of the legal status of the Communist Party of China（ CPC） and the political maturity of the CPC before and after the establishment of the Anti Japanese National United Front. However,the working style construction also faced a new challenge because of the Kuomintang＇s die hard,the rapid rising of the Party members of the CPC and other reasons. The Central Committee of the CPC took some measures in the styles of ideology,leadership,study,working,life and so on to deal with the complicated situation and achieved remarkable results.
