华润总部大厦塔冠施工仿真分析及支撑胎架设计 被引量:2

Tower cap construction simulation analysis and support design for China Resources Headquarters Building

摘要 塔冠安装是超高层钢结构施工的一大难点,结合华润总部大厦塔冠结构特点及预定施工方案,设计了一套由桁架片拼接而成的环形支撑胎架系统。采用MIDAS/Gen有限元计算软件建立了塔冠结构与支撑胎架的整体模型,按正装分析法进行了详细的施工仿真分析,并对向阳、背阳情况进行局部温差工况计算。分析结果表明,在施工全过程中,结构与支撑胎架应力及变形在《钢结构设计规范》(GB 50017—2003)允许范围内,验证了施工方案的可行性,为方案的选择提供了理论指导。 Tower cap installation is one of the difficulties in construction of super high-rise steel structure. Combined with the structure characteristics and the predetermined construction scheme of tower cap in China Resources Headquarters Building,a circular support bracket system jointed by trusses was designed for construction. The tower cap structure model and the whole support bracket model were established by MIDAS / Gen and the detailed construction simulation analysis were carried out based on the forward analysis method,while the local temperature difference calculation under conditions of facing the sun or in shadow were made. The analysis results show that the stress and deformation of the structure and support bracket in the installation process were in allowable range of the Code for design of steel structures( GB 50017—2003),and it proves the feasibility of the construction scheme,which provide theoretical guidance for scheme selection.
