摘要
路面的抗滑性能一直以来是高速公路安全问题的核心。研究采用实际路段调查法,选取了安徽省高速公路最常用的三种养护方式—微表处、雾封层和铣刨重铺作试验段,以手工铺砂法、摆式摩擦系数法和横向力系数检测法为表征手段,评价不同养护工艺路表的抗滑性能,分析不同抗滑指标与服役时间的相关性,进一步总结出衰减规律,并推算其抗滑疲劳寿命。结果表明,三种养护工艺均可以用于改善原高速公路路面的抗滑能力,改善效果的大小依次为:微表处>铣刨重铺>雾封层。
Skid resistance performance of pavement has always been the core problem of highway safety.This study used actual road survey,the three most common expressway maintenance methods of Anhui,micro-surfacing,fog seal layer and resurfacing of milling were selected as test sections.Hand-sanding method,tilting friction coefficient and the lateral force coefficient detection means for the characterization were used to evaluate road surface skid resistance performance of different conservation technologies.This paper analyzed the correlation between different indicators and service time,summed up attenuation law,and estimated the skid resistance fatigue life.The results showed that three curing process can be used to improve the skid-resistance performance of the original highway pavement.The improvement effect of the law as follows:micro-surfacing milling resurfacingfog seal layer.
