摘要
汕头市华润中心8号楼底部6层为商业裙房,上部为商务办公。该项目存在扭转不规则、尺寸突变、竖向构件不连续及高位柱转换等不规则项。采用抗震性能化设计方法,设定性能目标C级,依据广东省高规进行了小震、风荷载作用下的结构分析,并采取等效弹性方法对结构关键构件进行了中、大震下的承载力验算,采用PKPMSAUSAGE程序进行了罕遇地震弹塑性动力时程分析,对结构整体性态和关键构件的塑性开展进行了研究。结果表明,项目各关键构件满足所设定的抗震性能目标,结构具有良好的抗震性能。
Tower 8 of Shantou China Resources Center is a high-rise building with six-story commercial podium at the bottom and business office at upper part. There are irregular items in the project including torsional irregularity,dimension mutation,discontinuity of vertical component and high level transfer with columns. The performance-based seismic design method was used with a C-level performance target. According to Guangdong technical specification for concrete structures of tall building,the structure was analyzed under frequent earthquake and wind load. The key structural components were checked through equivalent elastic method under fortification and rare earthquakes. The elastic-plastic dynamic time-history analysis using PKPM-SAUSAGE program was taken to research the overall structural performance and the plasticity development of key components under the rare earthquake. The results show that all the key structural components meet the established seismic performance objectives and the structure has a good seismic performance.
