摘要
结合杭州几个实际工程案例,重点阐述了地铁上盖物业结构设计过程中遇到的问题,并通过详尽可靠的计算分析,采取了切实可行的结构设计措施。通过设置水平转换构件以及抗震性能计算分析,有效解决了上下不同结构布置的竖向构件转换问题。通过设置混凝土柱与钢柱接驳节点、结构转换叠合暗梁等方式,有效解决了预留结构的接驳问题。通过在钢轨与轨枕之间加隔振材料和采用浮置板隔振系统,达到了较好的振源减振效果。
Combining several practical engineering cases in Hangzhou,the problems encountered during the design on the property structure on the subway were mainly expounded. Through detailed and reliable analysis,the effective measures for structural design were taken. By setting the level conversion components and calculation and analysis of seismic performance,the problems of vertical components transformation in different structures were effectively solved. By setting connection joints between concrete columns and steel columns,and by taking the structural transfer of laminated beam,the connection problems of reserved structures were effectively solved. By setting isolation materials between the rail and sleeper,and by taking floating slab isolation system,the subway induced vibrations were effectively alleviated.
