摘要
详细介绍了岩石地基条件下高层建筑柱下独立基础设计需要验算的内容与相关要求。通过实际算例,说明单独柱基受剪承载力无论是按钢筋混凝土计算还是按素混凝土计算都不容易满足规范要求,且单独柱基受弯钢筋很大,不经济。提出加大底层柱截面的方法来解决既有建筑单独柱基抗剪承载力不足的问题,对于设计人员有一定的参考价值和实际意义。
The checking contents and relevant requirements of the single foundation under column of tall buildings on the rock foundation were introduced. Through actual examples,it shows that the shear bearing capacity of the single foundation under column is not easy to meet specification requirements whether calculated according to reinforced concrete or plain concrete,and flexural reinforcement of single foundation under column is large and not very economic. The method of increasing the bottom column section was proposed to solve the problem of insufficient shear strength of single foundation under column for the existing building,and the method has some reference values and practical significance for structure designers.
