我国跨系统区域图书馆联盟多极化运行模式

Research on Multi-pole Running Patterns of Regional Cross-System Library Consortia in China

文章从经费来源与运行机制、联盟组建与管理模式、联盟信息资源建设与共享、社会服务、跨界合作等方面调研我国8个跨系统区域图书馆联盟的建设和运行现状。针对联盟实践提出跨系统区域图书馆联盟中"极"的概念,根据联盟组建方式的不同,归纳总结我国区域跨系统图书馆联盟的三类多极化运行模式,并对区域跨系统图书馆联盟中"极"的形成因素进行阐述。

In this paper,eight regional cross-system library consortia in China are studied from the aspects of funding sources and operating mechanism, alliance and management mode, construction and sharing of information resource, social service, cross-system cooperation and so on. Based on the practices of the eight consortia,the concept of ＂pole＂ is put forward. The authors sum up three multi-pole running patterns of crosssystem library consortia and state the formation factors of the ＂poles＂.
