技术范式生态化转变下的四川秦巴山区绿色发展研究

The Green Development of Qinba Mountain Areas in Sichuan under the Ecological Shift of Technological Paradigm

基于技术范式的视角,讨论现代技术范式的困境,并分析其生态化的转变。通过对四川秦巴山区的现状与问题的归纳与分析,阐明该区需要走以绿色、低碳、循环为特征的生态发展之路,从而增强基础建设,提升经济水平。结合技术范式生态化转变,探索四川秦巴山区的绿色发展道路,进一步提出了强化和提升对技术范式生态化转变的认知水平、整合相关产业构建四川秦巴山区技术范式共同体、科技创新支撑构筑四川秦巴山区技术范式升级轨道等具体措施,为四川秦巴山区经济和社会发展带来新篇章。

Based on thetheory of technological paradigm, this paper discussed the plight of modern technological paradigm,and analyzed its ecological Shift. Through summarizing and analyzing current situation and problems in the Qinba Mountain Areas, the paper clarified that this area need to go green, low carbon, recycling which is characterized by way of eco-development,and to solve existing weak development foundation, relatively low level of socio-economic development. On this basis, by ecological shift of technological paradigm, this paper explored new green development of Qinba Mountain Areas, and further proposed the ways to strengthen and enhance the awareness level of ecological shift of technological paradigm, making the integration of related industries to build technology paradigm community,and technological paradigm with the help of technological innovation and track up-gradation of Qinba Mountain Areas, etc., which should bring a new chapter in the economic and social development for this area.
