上海市青浦区诱蚊诱卵器指数和布雷图指数的比较研究 被引量:19

摘要 摘要:目的探讨上海市青浦区诱蚊诱卵器指数与布雷图指数指标值之间的关系,为合理使用及评价这两种方法提供依据。方法选择青浦区辖区内4个不同类型的环境,检查室内外所有积水容器中蚊虫孳生情况,并对其进行收集和鉴定;同时在调查区域周边每隔20—25m布放1个诱蚊诱卵器,加入10—15mL的脱氯水及圆形滤纸,4d后收集检查蚊卵。结果有效回收诱蚊诱卵器1405个,阳性诱蚊诱卵器91个,诱蚊诱卵器指数为6.48。共调查了1560户,阳性容器共151个,布雷图指数为9.68,布雷图指数高于诱蚊诱卵器指数,差异有统计学意义(X2=10.12,P〈0.05)。布雷图指数6月达最高峰,为23.57,与同月的诱蚊诱卵器相比,差异有统计学意义(x2=16.98,P〈0.001)。不同环境农户布雷图指数与诱蚊诱卵器指数差异有统计学意义(X2=11.78,P〈0.05)。练塘地区布雷图指数最高,为13.82,香花地区诱蚊诱卵器指数最高,为10.98,两监测点布雷图指数与诱蚊诱卵器指数比较,差异均有统计学意义(X2=22.66,P〈0.001;X2=13.35,P〈0.001)。结论伊蚊高峰期农户及环境卫生相对差的地区更适用布雷图指数开展白纹伊蚊密度调查。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the values of the mosq-ovitrap index and the Breteau index, providing evidences for the proper use and evaluation of these two methods in Qingpu district of Shanghai. Methods The mosquito breeding condition was checked and identified in all the indoor and outside water containers of the four selected areas with various types of environments in the Qingpu district. In addition, a mosquito trap, with 10 - 15 ml dechlorinated water and round filter papers every 20 - 25 meters around the surroundings was set, and mosquito eggs were checked and collected after 4 days. Results There were 1 405 valid mosquito traps, 91 of which were positive, had been collected, showing the mosq-ovitrap index of 6.48. A total of 1560 households were investigated, in which 151 containers were positive, showing the Breteau index was 9.68, which was higher than the mosq- ovitrap index, the difference was statistically significant(x: = 10. 12 ,P 〈0. 05 ). Breteau index reached the highest peak of 23.57 in June. There was significant difference between the values of Breteau index and mosq-ovitrap index(x2 = 16.98 ,P 〈0. 001. The difference between Breteau index and mosq-ovitrap index of households in different environment was also statistically significant (X2 = 11.78, P 〈 0. 05 ). Breteau index in Liantang area was the highest, while mosq-ovitrap index in Xianghua area was the highest, the difference was statistically significant (X2=22. 66, P 〈 0. 001 ;X2= 13.35, P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion It is more suitable to use Breteau index to investigate Aedes albopietus density in farmer households and poor sanitation areas during the peak periods of Aedes albopietus.
