摘要
通过填充体系中补强填料种类和用量等因素的分析,讨论了填料网络结构对四丙氟橡胶材料性能的影响。结果表明,增加炭黑N990用量可以增强填充橡胶材料体系中填料网络结构,提升材料力学性能,但对材料压缩永久变形性能影响不显著。对不同结构度炭黑填充体系,在填料网络结构相当的条件下,不同结构度炭黑填充橡胶材料的力学性能、压缩永久变形也基本相当;但经过介质(发动机冷却液)浸泡后,随着炭黑结构度下降,用量增加,N550、N774、N990炭黑填充橡胶材料力学性能显著下降。
The influences of filler networks on the properties of FEPM were studied by carbon black loading and types. The result showed that, with the increase of N990 loading, the filled FEPM compound exhibited stronger filler networks and improved mechanical properties, but the compression set varied little.For varied carbon black types,with equivalent filler networks,the filled compound exhibited similar mechanical behavior and compression set; but after immersed in test liquid (engine coolants), with lower structure and higher loading, N550, N774, and N990 filled compound showed de- crease in tensile stress-strain behavior.
