摘要
以聚丙烯、木粉为主要原料,在传统配方的基础上添加胶粉并通过双螺杆挤出机和平板硫化机制备木塑复合材料(WPC),研究了挤出过程中马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(MAPP)的加入及用量对木塑复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,MAPP的加入可显著改善复合材料的力学性能;MAPP的用量存在一个极值,当其用量为5份左右时,木塑复合材料的性能相对来说比较理想。
Polypropylene and wood flour were used as main raw material,we added rubber powder to manufacture wood plastic composite (WPC) through twin-screw extruder and vulcanizing machine on the basis of the traditional recipes.The effect of maleric anhydride grafted polypropylene (MAPP) addition and its adding amount during extrusion process on the performance of WPC was investigated. The results showed that MAPP addition can significantly improve the mechanical properties of WPC, and the adding amount of MAPP exists an extreme value.When the addition of MAPP to formulation was about 5 parts,the WPC could get an ideal performance.
