摘要 采用马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃弹性体(POE-g-MAH)对回收高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)的木塑复合材料(WPC)进行增韧改性,研究了POE-g-MAH的加入对木塑复合材料机械性能、硬度、微观形貌的影响。结果表明,随着POE-g-MAH用量的增加,WPC的无缺口冲击强度逐步上升,拉伸强度、弯曲强度和硬度则先上升后下降。当POE-g-MAH的质量分数为6%时,WPC的综合性能最佳,其无缺口冲击强度、拉伸强度、弯曲强度分别提高了131.7%、91.1%、46.9%。 In this paper, POE-g-MAH was used to toughen recycled HDPE/wood plastic composites (WPC).The effects of POE-g-MAH content on the mechanical properties,hardness and morphologies of WPC were investigated.The results showed that the non-notched impact strength of WPC increased with the increasing of the content of POE-g-MAH, while the tensile strength, flexural strength and hardness increased first then decreased.When the content of POE-g-MAH is 6%, the comprehensive properties of WPC are the most satisfactory, and its non-notched impact strength, tensile strengthand flexural strength increased by 131.7 %, 91.1%, 46.9 %, respectively.
