摘要
采用中国石油吉林石化公司乙丙橡胶8.5万t/a装置,成功开发了高5-亚乙基-2-降冰片烯(ENB)含量、可用于快速硫化的海绵密封条专用乙丙橡胶J-5105。该牌号采用钒铝催化体系,以己烷为溶剂,采用氢气为相对分子质量调节剂,合成的工业化产品经国内密封条代表性厂家应用表明,性能与国外产品相当,可替代进口产品,填补了国内乙丙橡胶海绵密封条领域的牌号空白。
The special EPDM brand J-5105 used in sponge sealing strip of high-ENB content and rapid curing was successfully developed by 85 kt/a EPDM plant of PetroChina Jilin Petrochemical Company. Using aluminum-vanadium as catalytic system, hexane as solvent, using hydrogen as molecular weight regulator, the results showed that the performance was comparable with foreign products and could replace imported products by domestic representative sealing strip application ex- periments on the synthetic industrialization products.The brand blank in the field of domestic EPDM sponge sealing strip can be filled.
