摘要
瓦斯管路漏气即影响瓦斯的抽采效果,也会影响瓦斯利用。然而井下环境复杂,瓦斯管路漏气点很难发现。本文分别介绍"排气法"和"压差法"对井下瓦斯管路检查漏气点,并测定漏气流量。通过理论推导和井下试验来证明了"压差法"检测瓦斯管路漏气点的可行性。研究了瓦斯管路抽采负压、表面粗糙度、人为因素对"压差法"精度的影响,并得出"压差法"的误差精度为0.002 m3/min。研究结果对负压管路的气体运输同样具有指导意义。
Gas pipeline leakage affects the effect of gas extraction as well as the gas utilization. However, the underground environment is complex, the gas pipeline leakage point is difficult to find. In this paper, the "exhaust gas method" and "pressure difference method" are introduced to check the leakage point of the underground gas pipeline and the leakage flow rate is determined. The feasibility of detecting the leakage point of the gas pipeline by the pressure difference method is proved by the theoretical deduction and the un- derground test. The effect of negative pressure, surface roughness and artificial factors on the precision of the "differential pressure method" was studied, and the error precision of the "differential pressure method" was 0. 002 m3/min. The results of the study also has a guiding significance on the negative pressure pipeline gas transport.
