摘要
高校是学术的殿堂、人才培养的基地,承担着科教兴国、人才强国的使命,但是随着高校规模的扩大,功能的演进,呈现出公共性偏离、服务社会能力不足、行政权力和学术权力高度重合、二级学院主体性缺失等问题,迫切需要从新的视角来分析和解决高校教育管理的问题。运用治理理论的研究范式,试图从权力结构、管理制度、激励机制和文化氛围的角度来探寻高校内部治理的路径策略。
Universities are academic halls and talent training bases, undertaking the missions of developing the country through science and education and strengthening the country by talents. However, with the expansion of universities scale and the function evolution, problems appear in universities, such as the deviation of public nature, lack of the ability to serve the society, high coincidence of administrative power and academic power, as well as the lack of subjectivity in secondary schools, which requiresus to solve the problems of educational management from new angles. By using the paradigm of governance theory, a path for internal governance is explored from the perspectives of power structure, management system, incentive mechanism and cultural atmosphere.
