Extension analysis of demolition contradiction under asymmetric information

在城镇化建设中,拆迁矛盾是不可避免的大问题。基于信息不对称下的拆迁矛盾,针对被拆迁人和拆迁方的利益冲突,建立可拓模型,运用拓展分析方法对矛盾进行可拓分析,使拆迁矛盾的解决途径条理化,化对立问题为共存问题,为管理部门解决矛盾提供了一条可形式化和定量化的思路。

In the construction of urbanization,demolition contradictions are inevitable problems. Based on the statement on the demolition contradictions under the asymmetry information,this thesis established an extension model including target matter-element and condition matter-element and analyzed the contradictions with extension analysis,aiming at the interest conflict between house owners and the demolition party. This thesis methodized the solution of the demolition contradiction and translated opposite problems into coexistence problems.Therefore,this thesis offers a method which could be formalized and quantified for the governor solving problems to help them made reasonable demolition compensation policies.
