含氟丙烯酸酯乳液亚麻织物整理剂的合成研究

摘要 将甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯、异丁烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、丙烯酸作为基本反应单体,制备含氟丙烯酸酯乳液整理剂,使其具有完整的核壳结构。研究了乳化剂用量、引发剂用量、温度等因素对合成反应及产物性能的影响。实验结果表明:在乳化剂用量为3.5%(占总单体质量分数),引发剂用量为0.6%(同前),温度为80℃条件下,合成的含氟乳液整理剂具有最佳的理化性能。将其应用于亚麻织物的后整理,织物可获得良好的疏水性能。 Fluorinated acrylate emulsion finishing agent with complete core-shell structure was successfully synthesized by using hexafluorobutyl methacrylate,methyl methacrylate,butyl acrylate and acrylic acid as basic reaction monomers.The effects of emulsifier dosage,initiator dosage and temperature on synthetic reaction and product properties were studied.The results show that the optimum reaction conditions are as follows:emulsifier dosage3.5%(mass fraction of the total monomers),initiator dosage 0.6%(the same as before),and temperature 80℃.Under the conditions,the fluorinated emulsion finishing agent has the optimum physical and chemical properties,and the fabrics can gain excellent hydrophobic performance when it is applied to finish linen fabric.
