基于内涝风险评估的城市低洼积水地段治理规划研究——以宁波市为例

Study on Treatment Planning of Low-lying Water Area in City Based on Assessment of Waterlogging Risk

城市低洼积水地段治理是重要的民生工程。以宁波市中心城区为例,通过现状调研、模型模拟和地形高程分析等方法,绘制了城市内涝风险区划图,并在此基础上形成了城市低洼积水地段分布图,进而结合各地段的积水核心影响因素,选取不同类型的重点地段进行了治理方案分析,最后形成了城市层面的治理指导意见,期望能实现低洼积水地段的有效、有序治理。

Itisanimportantlivelihoodprojecttotreatlow-lyingareainthecity.Takingthecentralareaof Ningboas an example, according to the status survey, model simulation and landform elevation analysis, a division map of waterloggingriskareaofcityisdrawn,andthedistributionmapoflow-lyingwaterareaofcityisformed on thisbasis.Combined with the waterlogging core influence factors of every section, the different key sections are selected to analyze with the treatment schemes so as to form the treatment guidance on city level in order to achieve the aim of effectiveandorderlytreatmentoflow-lyingwaterloggingarea.
