总结杭申线沪杭高速公路桥顶升改造的工程实践经验,该工程具有顶升面积大、顶升联较长、支撑系统和顶升高度大,涉及跨运营铁路顶升等特点。介绍了顶升支撑系统设计、顶升限位措施、千斤顶布置方式、调坡顶升方案、承台及立柱改造等,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
The article summarizes the engineering practice experience in the jacking reconstruction of Shanghai-Hangzhou Expressway Bridge in Hangzhou-Shanghai Line. This project has the characteristics of large jacking area, long jacking link, high supporting system and jacking height, and jacking involved crossing railway under operation. The article introduces the design of jacking supporting system, measures of jacking limit, layout mode of jack, jacking scheme of adjusting slope, and reconstruction of base slab and upright column, which can be referredforthesimilarprojects.
