启动区街道原承担城市生活中多种的功能及任务。现代城市生活空间的街道已被机动车所需的活动及停车空间所取代。城市需要重新树立多功能生活空间,建立及加固街道周边的社区特征,通过树立全民街道的指导原则、满足各阶层使用者对城市功能的需求,形成的道路网络当中人性化的一部分,自成一格、各具特色,生活空间素质的提升将直接反应予生活素质的提升、并同时提高公共空间的使用率。

The stress of starting area originally undertook various functions and tasks in the city life.
