新疆高校大学生诉求现状及其实现途径——以协商民主为视角

The Appeals of College Students and Ways to realize them in Xinjiang——From the Perspective of Deliberative Democracy

新疆高校大学生在诉求表达上走制度化建设道路,从民族地区的实际情况出发,对已有的各项体制进行完善,建设出一套行之有效的协商民主机制,是当前高校制度建设的一项重要内容。本文分析了新疆高校大学生诉求实现机制中存在的主要问题及原因,在此基础上提出了建立协商民主机制的具体对策。

The expression of the appealsin universities in Xinjiang is on the way of institutional construction. Starting from the real situation of the ethnic minority areas, perfecting the existing various system and building an effective mechanism of deliberative democracy are important tasks currently. This paper analyzes the main problems and causes of the implementation for college students in Xinjiang, and proposed specific measures for the establishment of consultative and democratic mechanisms.
