国内外职业兴趣理论研究综述

Domestic and Foreign Research on Vocational Interest Theory

职业兴趣是兴趣研究的重要分支,基于各种兴趣理论的研究产生出不同的职业兴趣理论。文章从职业兴趣的含义、研究意义、测量问卷的发展历史、影响因素、培养策略、工具等六个方面对职业兴趣研究进行了综述,并对进一步的研究提出了建议。

Vocational interest is an important branch of interest researches, based on all kinds of interest theory, different vocational interest theories will be produced. In this paper, from the meaning of vocational interest, the research significance, history of the development of the questionnaire, influencing factors and training strategy, two professional interest measurement tools in seven aspects of study on vocational interest were reviewed, and the author puts forward views and suggestions for the further research.
