法律自觉视域下高职院校“思想道德修养与法律基础课”的教学探索

Teaching Exploration on Ideological and Moral Cultivation and the Legal Basis in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Law Consciousness

"思想道德修养与法律基础课"是国家规定的大学生的必修课,法律基础知识是这门课程的重要组成部分,但却没有发挥其真正的作用。文章就如何把握高职院校特色,使思想道德修养与法律基础课服从、服务于高职教育的总体培养目标,从培养学生法律自觉的角度提出了相应的改革措施。

Ideological and Moral Cultivation and the Legal Basis is a compulsory course for college students; basic knowledge of law is a very important part of this course, but it didn＇ t play its role to a large extent. This paper discusses how to make the ideological and moral cultivation and legal basic course match and serve the overall training goal of higher vocational education; besides, it puts forward the corresponding reform measures from the perspective of cultivating the students＇ law consciousness.
