分析了新疆面向中亚外向型农业的现状,提出新疆面向中亚外向型农业的优势、劣势及障碍,并在此基础上提出了提升口岸便利化水平、实施品牌战略、培育外向型龙头企业、完善贸易平台、加大资金支持力度、建设面向中亚农业信息平台、完善企业与农户利益联结机制等对策建议。

At first this paper analyzes the status quo of Xinjiang to Central Asia export-oriented agriculture, and then analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Xinjiang to central Asia export-oriented agriculture and obstacles. According this, the author suggests to improve the port facilitation, implement brand strategies, develop export-oriented enterprises, improve the trade platform, increase financial supports and agricultural information platform construction in central Asia, improve enterprises and farmers benefit coupling mechanism as well.
