摘要
人力资源管理和企业发展之间有很大的关联,建立一个有效的人力资源管理的奖励机制更利于增强企业的竞争力。本文围绕人力资源管理的优越性进行研究,探讨了其激励机制的建立意义,对怎样完善人力资源管理相关的激励机制,增强企业自身的人力资源管理能力,有着深远的意义。
There is a link between human resources management and development of enterprises, and establishment of an effective excitation mechanism of it is beneficial to the improvement of competition. In this paper, focusing on the advantages of human resources management, the author points out the significance of forming an excitation mechanism, which has far-reaching effects on how to perfect the related excitation mechanisms and enhance the ability of human resources management for the enterprises themselves.
