体育类的手机应用程序在当代大学生中已经占有一席之地,既然不能从根本上阻止学生课上玩手机,那就不如把手机带入大学体育课堂,利用体育类手机应用程序的功能进行辅助教学以及记录体育课中的锻炼信息。通过一个学期的调查和实验证明,利用体育类手机应用程序辅助大学体育课程教学有着不错的教学效果,并且对培养学生终身体育意识也有着特殊的作用。

The sport classes of mobile applications in contemporary college students has played an important role, since we can＇ t fundamentally prevent the students play mobile phone, it is better to apply cell phones into the university physical education classes to collect the exercise information and record in the course of physical education. Through a semester of investigations and experiments, it proved that the sports phone application which assisted college physical education curriculum teaching has made a good teaching effect and also had a special role in cultivating the students＇ consciousness of lifelong sports.
