膨体联合自体肋软骨移植矫正Binder's综合征畸形

Correction of Binder's syndrome by polytetrafluoroethylene combined with autologous costal cartilage

目的探讨膨体联合患者自体肋软骨移植矫正Binder’s综合征的手术效果。方法对14例Binder’s综合征患者，应用膨体材料矫正中面部凹陷畸形，并联合自体肋软骨行鼻背、鼻尖低平、鼻小柱短缩畸形综合整复治疗。结果本组患者术后切口均I期愈合，面中部凹陷畸形得到有效矫正，患者鼻外形、鼻尖高度形态满意。术后随访11—24个月，患者元植入物排出等严重并发症发生，手术效果满意。结论对无严重咬殆畸形的Binder’s综合征患者采用膨体联合自体肋软骨移植治疗，手术效果良好，术后并发症较少，值得在临床推广。

Objective To explore the operative effect of polytetrafluoroethylene combined with autologous costal cartilage on the treatment of Binder＇s syndrome. Methods Fourteen patients with Binder＇s syndrome were all treated with polytetrafluoroethylene to correct midfacial depression and with autologous costal cartilage to repair flattened nasal tip and dorsum, as well as shortened nasal columella. Results All incisions healed primarily, and midfacial depressions were corrected effectively. All patients were satisfied with their postoperative nasal shape. Follow-up was performed for 11 to 24 months, during which time no serious compli- cations, such as implant displacement, occurred. Conclusion Patients with Binder＇s syndrome without severe malocclusion can be corrected effectively by polytetrafluoroethylene combined with autologous costal cartilage with positive clinical result and few operative complications. This procedure is worthy of wider application.
