皮肤鳞状细胞癌的治疗进展 被引量：6

摘要 鳞状细胞癌（squamous cell carcinoma，SCC）简称鳞癌，是起源于表皮角质形成细胞或皮肤附属结构的一种恶性肿瘤，是临床上最常见的皮肤恶性肿瘤之一，占所有皮肤恶性肿瘤的20％。虽然其死亡率不高，但治疗成本较大。我国SCC的男女发病率之比为1．5：1．0～2．2：1．0，好发年龄为50—60岁，多见于头、颈、手及前臂伸侧等暴露部位。
