摘要
介绍了某35kV变电站发生的一起10kV电容器组横差动作故障。通过现场检查、诊断性试验和电容器解体分析等方法对故障进行分析总结。查找出故障原因是部分电容器存在芯子与引线间绝缘薄弱、放电电阻设置不合理和元件绕制皱褶多等问题,不能够承受过电压冲击。针对这些问题,提出了防止类似故障再次发生的措施,对今后电容器组的设计、制造和运维具有一定的参考价值。
This paper introduces the differential protection action of the 10 kV shut capacitor in a 35 kV substa- tion. The comprehensive analysis is made from such aspects as site inspection, diagnostic testing and the ca- pacitor's disassembly etc. The reason of the fault is found to be the weak insulation between core and wire, the unreasonable setting of the discharge resistor and the folds of the components~ skin in the damaged capacitor. The improvement measures are proposed to prevent the similar problems. Itrs also valuable to the shut capaci- tor's design, manufacture and operation in the future.
