基于台架试验的某车型制动热抖动综合研究

摘要 在台架试验的基础上,结合理论模型,以力矩波动为评价指标,以制动系统几何尺寸、制动温度、摩擦系数为考察因素,对热抖动现象进行了综合研究。 Based on dynamometer test and theoretic models, this article undertakes a compre- hensive analysis for it. Brake torque variation is set as evaluation standard, and three factors are stud- ied including geometric dimension, brake temperature and friction coefficient. The analysis shows: ge- ometric dimension and temperature are key factors which affect thermal judder much, but friction coef- ficient has little influence.
