摘要
上汽大众发动机连杆生产线采用激光切割技术来实现连杆大头孔的裂解工艺。从安全和高效的角度出发,提出用可视光替代激光来进行对焦。借助理论方程精确计算出可视光与激光的焦距误差值,然后通过补偿误差值来实现可视光替代激光对焦,并且自主研发了一套可视光对焦装置,使对焦操作更加安全、方便和快捷。
The article suggests that it will be safer and efficient by replacing laser light with visible light to focus. The deviation value can be calculated precisely by theory formula, and using vis- ible light instead of laser light to focus can be realized by compensating the deviation. A set of visible light focusing device has been invented independently to make the focus operation safer, faster and more convenient.
