摘要
针对某乘用车汽车空调噪声问题进行了试验研究。研究分为整车试验和台架试验两部分。通过试验,分析了空调系统工作时HVAC的声振特性,以及抱怨噪声产生的原因。通过在HVAC表面使用阻尼材料提高刚度,有效减小HVAC表面振动,降低了抱怨噪声。
Noise problem of passenger car air - condition is tested and researched, which in- cludes vehicle test and bench test. Noise vibration characteristic of HVAC and the reason for complai- ning about the noise is analyzed. The noise is mainly for low -frequency radiation caused by vibration of HVAC. By using damping material to increase the stiffness in HVAC, HVAC surface vibration is ef- fectively reduced, and noise complaints are also reduced.
