摘要 文章对某车型的复合材料板簧进行了有限元分析和刚度测试及疲劳性能台架试验。计算所得刚度与台架测试结果基本吻合,且所得的最大应力和刚度系数均可以满足车辆的性能要求。经过50万次台架疲劳试验后,复合材料板簧完好无损,可以满足车辆使用的寿命要求,在整车路试前完成了可靠性的台架验证。 FEA analysis of a composite leaf spring is carried out in this paper according with spring rate test and fatigue test. The computed result and the empirical datum basically tallies, and the calculation results of maximum stress and stiffness coefficients all meet the performance requirements of vehicle. Meanwhile, the composite leaf spring is still in good condition after 500 thousand fatigue tests, which indicate that composite leaf spring can meet the life requirements of vehicle. Thus, the re- liability of the composite leaf spring is verified before road test.
