摘要
运用测量法、实验法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对运动处方教学模式和传统体育教学模式对学生身体形态、身体机能、身体素质、心理素质及学习态度的影响进行了实验比较.结果表明,运动处方教学模式能够塑造学生优美的身体形态,增强学生的身体机能,提高学生的身体素质,提升学生的心理健康,激发学生的学习积极性.
This paper, adopting such research approaches as measurement, experiment, questionnaire and statistics, attempts to make an experimental comparison between the exercise prescription teaching mode and traditional sports teaching mode in terms of the impact of body shape, physical function, physical fitness, psychological quality as well as learning attitude on students. The findings suggest that exercise prescription teaching mode has advantages over the traditional mode in that it may help shape better body figure, strength physical function, improve physical fitness, promote psychological quality, and arouse students' enthusiasm
