摘要
通过调查河南省中小学教师信息化教学现状,对其形成原因进行分析,并针对培养策略进行研究,提出了利用微课对中小学教师的信息化教学能力进行培养的具体可行方案.
Through investigating the present situation of informationization teaching of primary and secondary school teachers in Henan province, the author analyzes the forming reasons of the situation and puts forward a specific feasible scheme to improve the informationzation teaching ability of primary and secondary school teachers by means of using micro-courses based on the study of cultivating strategies.
