陈镜合治疗嗜酸粒细胞性支气管炎的临床经验

Clinical Experience of CHEN Jinghe Treating Eosinophilic Bronchitis

嗜酸粒细胞性支气管炎是一种以气道嗜酸性粒细胞浸润为特征,以慢性咳嗽为主要临床表现的独立疾病。目前的西医治疗以糖皮质激素为主,而既往的研究提示中医药治疗对该病有良好效果。文章从该病的病因病机、辨证施治等角度,结合陈镜合教授的经验心得和作者的临证实践,探讨中医对该病的治疗。

Eosinophilic bronchitis is a kind of disease with the characteristic of infiltration of eosinophils in trachea and the performance of chronic cough. Currently,glucocorticoid is a major measure of western medicine. But some studies indicated the good effect for this disease with TCM. And this paper discussed the treatment of TCM according to the viewpoint of the cause and mechanism of disease and also syndrome differentiation of treatment,combining with Professor CHEN Jinghe’s experience and the author’s clinical study.
