中医综合治疗在膝骨关节炎治疗中的应用效果分析

Effect of Comprehensive Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:探讨应用中医综合治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:以100例膝骨关节炎患者作为观察对象,并应用随机数字表法将患者随机分为两组,每组50例。以接受关节镜清理术治疗者为对照组,以接受联合关节镜清理术及中医综合治疗者为观察组。对比两组接受治疗前后疼痛程度及临床症状改善情况,并分析两组临床治疗总有效率。结果:两组接受治疗前VAS评分、临床症状积分及髌骨中点周径比较,差异均未见统计学意义(P>0.05);而在治疗4周后,观察组VAS评分、临床症状积分及髌骨中点周径明显低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,对照组治疗总有效率为76.00%,观察组治疗总有效率为92.00%,观察组明显优于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:膝骨关节炎治疗过程中,中医综合治疗可有效的提高患者的临床治疗效果。

Objective： To study the effect of comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods： A total of 100 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis as research object,according to the random number table method,were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group. Patients who received the arthroscopy cleaning treatment were as the control group and those received the arthroscopy cleaning technique and comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine as the observation group. Compare the pain degree,the clinical total effective rate and analyze two groups’ improvement. Results： There was no statistically significant difference of VAS score,clinical symptom integral and patella middle weeks size comparison of the two groups before treatment（ P 〉 0. 05）. After 4 weeks treatment,the VAS score,clinical symptom integral and patella middle weeks diameter of observation group were significantly lower than the control group’s（ P 〈 0. 05）. At the same time,the control group’ s total effective rate was 76. 00% and the observation group’s was 92. 00%. The observation group was better than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine treatment can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of patients with knee osteoarthritis.
