龙胆泻肝汤加减配合脑功能治疗仪治疗肝火扰心型不寐49例

Longdan Xiegan Decoction Combined with Brain Function Therapeutic Apparatus in Treatment of 49 Patients of Disturbance Heart Insomnia

目的:观察龙胆泻肝汤加减配合脑功能治疗仪治疗肝火扰心型不寐的临床疗效。方法:以龙胆泻肝汤加减(龙胆草,黄芩,柴胡,生地黄,车前子,泽泻,木通,当归,甘草,栀子等)配合脑功能治疗仪治疗肝火扰心型不寐。结果:49例患者治疗后临床治愈25例,显效20例,未愈4例,总有效率为91.84%。结论:通过中医辨证,对肝火扰心型不寐病人采用龙胆泻肝汤加减配合脑功能治疗仪治疗,疏肝泻火,镇心安神以提高患者睡眠质量,疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Longdan Xiegan Decoction combined with brain function therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of liver disturbance heart insomnia. Methods： Longdan Xiegan Decoction combined with brain function therapeutic instrument. Results： Among 49 patients,25 cases were cured after treatment,20 cases markedly effective,4 cases ineffective. The total effective rate was 91. 84%. Conclusion： Through the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,Longdan Xiegan Decoction combined with brain function therapeutic instrument in the treatment of liver fire harassing the heart type of insomnia patients can soothe liver and purge fire as well as calming the heart and spirit in order to improve the sleep quality and the curative effect is remarkable.
