摘要
目的:观察方剂枇杷清肺饮结合刺血拔罐治疗治疗肺经风热型痤疮的临床疗效及对睾酮水平的影响。方法:将104例肺经风热型痤疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各52例。对照组口服清热暗疮胶囊,3次/d,3粒/次,外用克林霉素磷酸酯溶液,2次/d。治疗组枇杷清肺饮,1剂/d,分3次口服,刺血拔罐治疗,1次/周。两组疗程均为8周。观察治疗前后患者血清睾酮水平的变化。结果:总有效率治疗组84%,对照组70%,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。睾酮水平两组均明显下降,治疗组下降幅度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:枇杷清肺饮联合刺血拔罐治疗肺经风热型痤疮临床疗效确切,有效降低睾酮水平,安全性好。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of the Pipa Qingfei Decoction combined with pricking- cupping bloodletting in treatment of acne due to wind and heat in lung and study the change of testosterone. Methods: The patients of acne due to wind and heat in lung were randomly allocated to two groups with different treatments: treating group 52 patients and control group52 patients. We treated the patients of treating group with Pipa Qingfei Decoction,one day one decoction and pricking- cupping bloodletting once a week. We treated the patients of control group with Chinese patent medicine Qingren Anchuang Capsule,3capsules,3 times a day and the clindamycin phosphate solution by external use,2 times a day. The therapeutic effect evaluating was implemented after 8 weeks. Meanwhile we studied the change of testosterone. Results: After 8 weeks of treatment,the rate of basic recovery from treatment group was 84% and the control group’ s was 70%. There was a significant difference between two groups( P 〈 0. 05). The serum level of testosterone of the treatment group and the control group was significantly decreased and there was a significant difference between two groups( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: The method of Pipa Qingfei Decoction combined with pricking- cupping bloodletting has obvious curative effect in treating acne due to wind and heat in lung. This method could reduce the level of testosterone in patients with acne due to twind and heat in lung and it is worthy of further application.
