摘要 目的:文章以古籍文献中射干用堇竹叶炮制为切入点,从组分变化角度对射干减毒增效作用进行研究。方法:按古籍中的方法用堇竹叶制射干,煎煮时间从午时至亥时;采用高效液相色谱法,测定射干与堇竹叶共煎前后,射干药材中异黄酮苷类成分射干苷、野鸢尾苷及苷元成分鸢尾黄素的含量。结果:与堇竹叶煎煮后,射干苷和野鸢尾苷分别减少了44.88%和65.25%、鸢尾黄素含量基本不变。结论:堇竹叶制射干后,药材中各异黄酮成分含量变化差别较大,黄酮苷类成分被去除较多,故推测射干减毒增效作用机制之一,可能与炮制后射干中异黄酮成分变化有关。 Objective: In this paper,Phyllostachys bambusoides Sieb. et Zucct processing Rhizoma Belamcandae was regarded as a breakthrough for the study on the attenuate and synergistic effect of Rhizoma Belamcandae based on changing of components.Methods: According to ancient books,Phyllostachys bambusoides Sieb. et Zucct processing Rhizoma Belamcandae,boiling time from noon to Haishi,HPLC was used to determine Rhizoma Belamcandae Phyllostachys bambusoides Sieb. et Zucct decoction,tectoridin and iridin of the isoflavones glycosides contents and tectorigenin of the isoflavones aglycone content and we compared the content of Rhizoma Belamcandae. Results: In Phyllostachys bambusoides Sieb. et Zucct processing Rhizoma Belamcandae extract,the contents of tectoridin and iridin decreased by 44. 88% and 65. 25% and the content of tectorigenin was unchanged. Conclusion: In Phyllostachys bambusoides Sieb. et Zucct processing Rhizoma Belamcandae,each isoflavone contents varied greatly. The flavonoid glycosides were removed more. It is speculated that attenuate and synergistic mechanism of Rhizoma Belamcandae may be related to changes of isoflavones components after processing Rhizoma Belamcandae.
