加味通腑汤对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠IL-1β和IL-10影响的研究

Effect of Modified Tongfu Decoction on IL-1β and IL-10 of Rats with Ulcerative Colitis

目的:研究加味通腑汤对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠IL^(-1)β和IL^(-1)0的影响及作用机制。方法:将140只健康SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、补脾益肠丸组、SASP组、加味通腑汤低剂量组、加味通腑汤中剂量组、加味通腑汤高剂量组。采用TNBS/乙醇法建立UC大鼠模型。分组灌胃治疗后,检测UC大鼠模型结肠组织IL^(-1)β和IL^(-1)0含量。结果:加味通腑汤低剂量组与补脾益肠丸组比较,IL^(-1)β含量略升高IL^(-1)0含量略下降(P>0.05);加味通腑汤低剂量组与SASP组比较IL^(-1)β含量明显增高IL^(-1)0含量明显下降(P<0.05);加味通腑汤中剂量组与补脾益肠丸组比较IL^(-1)β含量明显下降(P<0.05),IL^(-1)0含量略升高(P>0.05);加味通腑汤中剂量组与SASP组比较IL^(-1)β含量明显升高(P<0.05),IL^(-1)0含量略下降(P>0.05);加味通腑汤大剂量组与补脾益肠丸组比较IL^(-1)β含量明显下降IL^(-1)0含量明显升高(P<0.05);加味通腑汤大剂量组与SASP组比较IL^(-1)β含量明显下降IL^(-1)0含量明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:加味通腑汤对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠能够下调致炎细胞因子和上调抗炎细胞因子的反应,控制炎症反应,提高免疫力,减轻结肠组织黏膜损伤。

Objective： To research the effects and mechanism of IL-1β and IL-10 of Modified Tongfu Decoction on rats with ulcerative colitis. Methods： A total of 140 healthy SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group,model group,Bupi Yichang Pill group,SASP group,Modified Tongfu Decoction groups（ low,medium and high dose groups）. All rats used TNBS/Ethanol way to establish ulcerative colitis rat model. After intragastric administration,detect IL-1β and IL-10 levels in colon tissue of ulcerative colitis rats. Results： Modified Tongfu Decoction low- dose group’s IL-1β content slightly increased and IL-10 content decreased slightly compared with those of the Bupi Yichang Pill group（ P 〉 0. 05）. Modified Tongfu Decoction low- dose group’s IL-1β content significantly increased and IL-10 content decreased significantly compared with those of the SASP group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Modified Tongfu Decoction medium- dose group’s IL-1β content significantly decreased and IL-10 content increased slightly compared with those of the Bupi Yichang Pill group（ P 〉 0. 05）. Modified Tongfu Decoction medium- dose group’s IL-1β content significantly increased compared with that of the SASP group（ P 〈 0. 05） and IL-10 content decreased slightly（ P 〉 0. 05）. Modified Tongfu Decoction high- dose group’s IL-1β content significantly decreased and IL-10 content increased significantly compared with those of the Bupi Yichang Pill group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Modified Tongfu Decoction high- dose group’s IL-1β content significantly decreased and IL-10 content increased significantly compared with that of the SASP group（ P 〈 0. 05）.Conclusion： Modified Tongfu Decoction on ulcerative colitis rats can lowered inflammatory cytokines and upregulate anti- inflammatory cytokines,control inflammation,improve immunity and reduce mucosa damage of colon tissue.
