异丁烯是一种重要的有机化工原料,可以用做多种化学品和聚合物的合成原料。增产异丁烯最好的方法是正丁烯骨架异构化制备异丁烯,正丁烯骨架异构化制备异丁烯技术的核心是催化剂的研制,有必要对正丁烯异构化制备异丁烯催化剂国外专利文献进行全面调研;分析并掌握正丁烯异构化制备异丁烯催化剂国外专利技术现状及发展趋势、竞争对手相关专利等信息。通过对国外专利的全面检索和多次筛选,建立了正丁烯异构化制备异丁烯催化剂国外专利专题数据库,并在此专题数据库的基础上对正丁烯异构化制备异丁烯催化剂领域的专利文献进行了分析,对有关催化剂的相关文献进行了全面总结和分析,最后在全面分析总结的基础上得出了结论并提出了建议。
Isobutene is a kind of important organic chemical raw materials,it can be used for a variety of chemicals and polymers.The best method of increasing yield of isobutene is preparation of isobutene by skeletal isomerization of n-butene,the core of isobutene production technology is the catalysts production.It is very necessary to conduct a comprehensive investigation on foreign patent documents of catalysts for preparing isobutene by isomerization of n-butene,and analysis and master are butene isomerization on catalyst for isobutylene preparation foreign patent technology present situation and development trend of related patent information and the competition.Through retrieval and comprehensive screening to foreign patent,the foreign patents database of catalyst for butene isomerization to isobutylene was established.On the basis of the feature database,butene patent literature in the field of isomerization catalyst for isobutylene preparation was analyzed,and the related literature about catalyst had carried on the comprehensive summary and analysis,finally,on the basis of comprehensive analysis,the conclusions were summarized and suggestions were put forward.
