摘要
根据国家统计局和国家旅游局发布的公开数据进行分析研究,发现自2008年以来,星级饭店的绝对数量基本持平,数量占比呈下降趋势,星级饭店营业收入进入瓶颈期,其资产总额持续增加且资产配置发生变化,就业人数出现骤降,星级饭店的客房收入和餐饮收入出现分化;认为星级饭店在住宿业市场仍然占据主体地位且竞争优势明显,要准确定位以谋求餐饮市场发展,适当调整星级饭店评审标准以促进行业发展。
An analysis of the statistics issued by China＇s National Bureau of Statistics and National Tourism Adtion and catering have shown differentiations. As they play a dominant and competitive role in the accommodation industry, the paper suggests that their accurate positioning is necessary to market their catering service, and that their evaluation criteria are modified to promote industrial advance_
