工矿区受损耕地质量提升技术体系的构建

摘要 基于对不同工矿区耕地受损类型及影响的总结分析,综合考虑农用地分等指标,筛选形成涵盖作物立地条件、水肥气调节、供应肥力、预警安全、保障生产、外部环境方向的耕地受损特征因素体系,并进行变化情况模拟。采用压力-状态-响应(PSR)分析框架,总结提炼工矿区受损耕地存在的质量提升问题,针对性地提出了提升工矿区受损耕地质量的具体技术和方法。构建了包括表土利用技术、土体重构技术、水体修复技术、农地保育技术及土地整治工程技术5项集成技术在内的工矿区耕地质量提升技术体系。 The cultivated land damage type and effects were analyzed and summarized in different industrial and mining districts. Based on these,classification factors of agricultural land were recombined. And a system for characteristic factors of the damaged cultivated land was screened,covering the crop site condition,water and fertilization regulation,fertility supply,forecast safety,safeguarding production,direction of external environment. PSR analysis framework was used to summarize the quality improvement problems in damaged cultivated land in industrial and mining districts. The specific techniques and methods were put forward for enhancing the damaged cultivated land quality in t industrial and mining districts. Technology system for cultivated land quality improvement including five integrated technologies were established,including surface soil utilization technology,reconstruction technology of water body,river system repair technology,farmland conservation technology,and land reclamation engineering technology.
