摘要
本文利用数值分析方法,研究了温度特性对理想全混流反应器(CSTR)和平推流反应器(PFR)效率的影响。研究结果表明:在等温条件下,对于在理想反应器中发生的单一一级不可逆反应,PFR的效率高于CSTR;在绝热条件下,对于在理想流动反应器中发生的单一一级不可逆反应,当反应为放热反应时,CSTR的效率高于PFR;当反应为吸热反应时,PFR的效率高于CSTR。基于上述比较结果可知,理想反应器的效率不仅与其类型相关,而且还与反应器的温度特性及反应的热效应有关。上述结果可对理想反应器的选型提供有效的指导。
In this paper,a comparison about the reactor efficiencies between the continuous stirring tank reactor(CSTR)and plug flow reactor(PFR)with different thermal characteristics was completed via numerical calculation.The calculation results illustrated that,for a single first-order irreversible reaction,the efficiency of PFR was higher than that of CSTR under the isothermal condition,and the efficiency of CSTR was higher than that of PFR under the adiabatic condition for a single first-order irreversible exothermic reaction,moreover,the efficiency of PFR was higher than that of CSTR under the adiabatic condition for a single first-order irreversible endothermic reaction.Based on above comparison,it is known that there not exists a constant relationship between the efficiency of PFR and CSTR.The efficiency of ideal flow reactor,is not only depended on its type,but also decided by its thermal characteristics,and reaction heat effect in which occurs.The conclusion draw from this work will supply some guidance for the type selection of ideal flow reactors.
