摘要
集成组合式过程控制实验装置是一个水力模拟实验装置。它将传统的分立式水槽改为集成组合式结构,从而构成多种特性的被控对象,扩展了模拟功能。本文叙述了装置的设计依据与原理、基本环节,介绍了各种特性构成方法及实验装置的结构、特点及用途。合适的实验装置是提高学生实践能力的重要保证。
Integrated modular process control device is a hydraulic simulation device.It makes traditional discrete sink changed to integrated modular structure,constituting multi-characteristics controlled object,and expanding the simulation functions.This paper describes the design basis and principles of device,the basic composition aspects,introducing the methods of various Characteristic compositions and experimental device structures,features and applications.The appropriate experimental device is the important guarantee of the practical ability of students.
